What you can expect

Avid skiers and snowboarders are in for the thrill of a lifetime on this Queenstown Heliski day with lunch and transfers included. The day will begin with an exhilarating helicopter flight into the Southern Alps landing at the top of a powder slope. You’ll then disembark and spend the morning skiing down two runs before lunch. After carving up the slopes, take a well-earned break to enjoy a mountain top lunch with panoramic views. Complete the action-packed day with a two more additional ski runs down uncrowded and untouched powder slopes. This one is recommended for the more experienced skiers and snowboarders seeking an extreme adventure in Queenstown. PLEASE NOTE: This experience is seasonal and operates from 1st of July to 30th of September.

What To Bring
  • Ski/snowboard gear
  • Dress as you would for a cold day at the ski area
  • You will need to bring wind proof jacket and pants, warm gloves, sunglasses or goggles and sunscreen
  • You will not need to ski/ride with a backpack
  • Please wear your casual shoes to the staging areas
Additional Information
  • Please note: there will be 1 guide and between 4-5 skiers
  • This experience may be affected by weather. The experience providers will contact you as soon as they know it will be cancelled and will reschedule for the next suitable date.
  • Please wear appropriate warm clothing for skiing and snowboarding
  • You can opt to do additional runs on the day for $120 for the first run or $100 each run for 2 or more runs (payable directly to the supplier)
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
